Welcome

This blog will address all matters of literary concern that spark my interest.

First up: Transitioning into the poetic mainstream.

I recently stepped down as the open mic poetry host for Beyond Baroque. After curating the reading for three years (Jan 2007-Dec. 2010), I felt my time and my usefulness had come to an end.

I've also decided to put publishing poeticdiversity: the litzine of Los Angeles, on haitus. After nine years of publishing, I'm going to pursue other interests, both literary and personal.

I recently went to the Redondo Poets Reading at the Coffee Cartel. And I enjoyed myself! It was refreshing to just be a poet with other poets, and I plan to do more of that in the future.:)

Wish me luck.:)

  1. Well, you already know I think you're a great and talented poet, editor, and writer with enough skill to not need luck, but I wish you all the luck in the world anyway!
