how to write a love letter
it should singe leave an edge
blackened by fire not destroyed
not all ash its beautiful, inked
words proof of your passion
that fire in your body that slow
fire of desire deep wanting
quenched only by warm kisses
touch skin on skin relished or
savored consumed when if
you ever can meet again
